Product Inspection Period 商品檢查期
The 14-day inspection period applies to most items, starting from the day the product reaches your hands (including weekends). However, certain items do not qualify for the 14-day inspection period, such as perishable goods with short shelf lives (nearing expiration at the time of return/cancellation), customized items, current newspapers, magazines, periodicals, unsealed audio or video products, computer software, game point cards, other unsealed personal hygiene products, and other items listed under “Reasonable Exceptions for Communication Transactions.”
大部分商品享有14天檢查期,自產品到達您手中之日起計算(包括週末)。然而,某些商品不符合14天檢查期,例如短保質期的易腐物品(退貨/取消時即將過期)、定製品、當期報紙、雜誌、期刊、已拆封的音像製品、計算機軟件、遊戲點卡、其他已拆封的個人衛生用品及“通訊交易合理例外”中列出的其他項目。
To request a return, contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product, providing the following information: “Name,” “Order Number,” “Contact Phone Number,” “Product Name for Return,” “Reason for Return,” and photos if applicable. Once received, our customer service will assist you in processing your return or exchange.

Return and Exchange Guidelines 退換貨指導原則
Returned products must be unused and free from defects or damage not caused by misuse. The 7-day inspection period granted by the Consumer Protection Law is for you to assess whether the product meets your needs; it is not a trial period. If prompted by our store, keep the complete original packaging (including outer packaging boxes), otherwise returns will not be accepted.
退回的產品必須未使用且無因使用不當造成的瑕疵或損壞。消費者保護法規定的7天檢查期是讓您評估產品是否符合您的需求,而非試用期。如本店要求,請保留完整的原包裝(包括外包裝箱),否則將不接受退貨。
Conditions Under Which Returns Are Not Accepted 不接受退貨的情況:

Exceeding the 14-day inspection period.

Products that have been unsealed, used, or damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, breakage, wear and tear, scratches, scuffs, or dirt.

Products with incomplete packaging, missing invoices, or lacking accessories.

Malicious or high-volume returns.

Once the returned product is confirmed to be in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued within 7-14 business days. The actual refund completion time will depend on the policies of each country’s banking system.
